We want to invite, fathers, leaders and pastors to spend a day with us in learning the art to father- ing. Men have been created by God to be father leaders, and the need for men to answer this call is of critical importance in this hour.
1 Corinthians 4:15 shows us the need for fathers, "Though you have ten thousand
instructors in Christ, yet you have not many fathers...” The Message Bible states it this way: "There are a lot of people around who can’t wait to tell you what you’ve done wrong, but there aren’t many fathers willing to take the time and effort to help you grow up. It was as Jesus helped me proclaim God’s Message to you that I became your father.”

Phil and his wife Linda have been married almost 33 years and have 10 children ranging from 31 to 8. They also have five grandchildren and know that this number will only grow.
Phil is 57, was born in Kenya and raised in Nigeria till he was 18 years old. At 20 he helped his Father pioneer a church in central Illinois and work beside his dad for 11 years. During this time, he completed Bible school via correspondence and began raising a family. In 85 he and his wife pioneered a church in Tulsa Oklahoma and was the Sr. Pastor of that church for 12 years. He then moved his family back to central Illinois to strengthen the church he and his father pioneered in 73. The church blossomed quickly enabling him to place another pastor there quickly. In 2000, Phil and Linda felt they should move to St. Louis and begin a new work. They followed God’s leading and in November of 2000, Destiny Church was birthed. The church has grown from, 50 to 1,200 in the 10 years and showing no signs of slowing down. Through the years, he has been instrumental in helping dozens of men and women get into the ministry.
Phil has also traveled to 57 nations where he mainly speaks to leaders and pastors. Has authored several training manuals and appeared on several national TV programs. He is currently putting much of his ministry efforts into mentoring leaders and Pastors in America. The main countries of his focus are Bulgaria, Guatemala, Indonesia, India and Kenya as well as his home, the USA.
