CMBC Group are expanding throughout London and the UK and are looking to grow their team of Protection Advisors.
Your main duties will be to generate your own business in your area and recommending protection cover to new clients.
We require a self motivated, ambitious individual with entrepreneurial skills to self generate leads & turn them into appointments.
Previous experience is desirable and you are required to have a good technical knowledge of Insurance products, although not a complete necessity as training can be provided to the right people.
CMBC Group is looking for someone resilient and self-motivated who has a good sales technique. You will be determined and focused and have the desire to succeed. The ability to close sales, objection handling and relationship building is key attributes you will need. This process is regulated by the FSA.
Product knowledge would ideally be in Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection, Accident, Sickness and Redundancy Cover and Buildings and Contents Insurance, Commercial Insurance.

OTE, Protection Advisors can earn £50,000 to £100,000 per annum uncapped depending on how motivated you are.
Candidates must have a confident approach and a friendly outgoing personality with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. IT literacy and good organisational skills are essential along with your own laptop.
The role involves dealing with people face to face, meeting them at home or place of work, giving friendly and accurate advice each time.
