AREA SALES MANAGER
South East region Excellent Package including Basic Salary, Commission & Executive Company Car. OTE £60K.
Our client manufactures a wide range of products for the motor industry and in spite of the recession has grown substantially, with turnover having more than doubled since 2008. The business, part of a major European based group, is seeking to build on their dominant presence in the UK market by appointing an Area Sales Manager to be responsible for the South East region, including the significant M25 corridor. The role is field-based and it is anticipated that the successful candidates will generally be on the road for 4 equivalent full days per week.
Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will develop business sales through existing and new clients to meet and exceed personal and team targets and contribute to the overall business development. Candidate
• You will have a proven track record in field sales and experience within a large organisation.
• Previous motor industry sales experience, is preferred.
• Experience of building long-term customer relationships, achieving significant sales growth, making sales presentations and negotiating contracts, is essential.
• To be successful you will be a self-motivated and results oriented team player with a professional attitude and high customer contact & service expectations.
